摘要: Objectives. To document the practice and training opportunities of US-guided arthrocentesis joint injection (UGAJ) among rheumatologists in member countries European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR). Methods. An English-language questionnaire, containing questions on demographics, clinical practical aspects UGAJ, options UGAJ for rheumatologists, education rheumatology curriculum other structured programmes was sent to three different groups: (i) all national societies EULAR; (ii) Federation Societies Ultrasound Medicine Biology (EFSUMB); (iii) 22 senior involved EULAR musculoskeletal US from 14 countries, who were also asked circulate questionnaire relevant colleagues. Results. Thirty-three (75%) 44 responded (61.3% societies, 25% 100% expert ultrasonographers). In majority (85%) <10% routinely perform practice, while remaining (15%) reported a rate 1050%.
