Laparoscopic patching of crack cocaine-induced perforated ulcers.

摘要: Since the advent of "crack" cocaine use in United States as an illicit drug, crack-related perforated ulcers have been reported surgical literature. An ischemic process has postulated a cause these perforations. As such, acid-reducing operative procedure is not recommended. Omental patching recommended choice.
