Modeling and Simulation of Knowledge Transfer within an Inter-firm Network

摘要: This paper aims to model the mechanism of knowledge transfer within an inter-firm network. An agent-based simulation was established examine non-linear behavior and determinant factors transfer. Factors such as network size, tie density link creation rules are included in model. Eight scenarios were experimented investigate impacts different on performance. The results show that initial size have significant influence dynamics systems, especially structure evolution.
