摘要: The effects of the following parameters on immunologic specificity delayed and immediate hypersensitivity reactions were investigated in guinea pig using picryl p -toluenesulfonyl systems: ( a ) contribution carrier protein, b effect number hapten groups per molecule immunizing challenging antigens, c interposing 6 carbon chain (ϵ-aminocaproic acid) between its usual attachment to lysine ϵ-NH2 protein. It was found that induction accomplished equally well with both lightly heavily coupled conjugates. Sensitized animals which gave strong conjugate cross-reacted poorly or not at all conjugates same different differing from by having an ϵ-aminocaproyl interposed onto protein. Animals sensitized either substituted exhibited conjugates, but more intense always observed. In contrast marker reactions, (specific precipitation, Arthus, PCA reactions) could be elicited proteins, as containing chains provided sufficiently high. Both inducing antibody response provoking considerably effective than conjugates. Alternative explanations for these observed differences are discussed.
