摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to analyse the Fukushima nuclear disaster (FND) that occurred 11 March 2011 through lens systemic and complexity theory. This analysis allows proposition some guidelines for development a more preventive ethical approach in crisis management, including changes human resource management training.
