摘要: Advancements in immunotherapy have improved our understanding of the immune characteristics breast cancer. Here, we analyzed gene expression profiles and clinical data obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas database to identify genes that were differentially expressed between tumor tissues normal tissues. Comparisons with Immunology Database Analysis Portal (ImmPort) indicated many identified immune-related. Risk scores calculated based on an eight-gene signature constructed these immune-related predicted both overall survival relapse-free outcomes cancer patients. predictive value was validated different subtypes using external datasets. Associations risk score also identified; vitro experiments cell lines confirmed those associations. Thus, novel described here accurately predicts as well checkpoint infiltration processes.
