摘要: The critical species and concentrations of dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC) required for the induction DIC transport during adaptation to low CO2 were determined green alga Chlorella ellipsoidea. concentration needed both HCO3- was independent pH adaptation, whereas total increased at alkaline pH. At 7.5, minimum equilibrium which high characteristics maintained, i.e. repressed, 2100 [mu]M, maximum below fully induced (DICIND) 500 [mu]M. Intracellular DICIND decreased temporarily after 2 h 60% level but recovered 3 adaptation. After DICIND, cells exhibited O2 evolution rate DICIND. When partially adapted returned CO2, there an immediate halt a gradual decrease in capacity over 23 h. unaffected by absence light. These results indicate that changes internal pool do not trigger is light dependent. Induction C. ellipsoidea appears occur response continuous exposure external medium.
