摘要: This work describes a sensitive method for the determination of platinum in blood, which can be used determining natural levels human monitoring patients treated with cytotoxic drugs, and occupational exposure to these drugs other compounds. The involves dry ashing blood samples muffle furnace by adsorptive voltammetric (AV) measurement catalytic reduction protons platinum-formazone complex. detection limit 100-microL sample is 0.017 micrograms/L, recovery 94% relative standard deviation 7% at level 1 microgram/L. By using this method, were found range 0.1-2.8 micrograms/L (median = 0.6 micrograms/L). These results verified inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) prepared wet gold as an internal standard.
