摘要: Nitric oxide (NO) is an endogenously produced bioregulatory agent that also toxic. Disturbances in NO production and regulation are known to cause central nervous system disorders asthma among many other diseases. Iron nitrosyl complexes help balance the beneficial effects of against its potentially fatal effects. This document reviews literature devoted structural chemical characteristics iron porphyrin complexes, bimetallic containing dinitrosyl cluster non-heme prepared between 1992 2002.
