摘要: Social engineering is a real threat to industries in this day and age, even though its severity extremely downplayed. The difficulty with social attacks mostly the ability identify them. engineers often target call centre employees, as they are normally underpaid, under-skilled have limited knowledge about information technology infrastructure. These employees are, thus, seen easy targets by engineer. This paper improves on previously-proposed model, Engineering Attack Detection Model (SEADM), proposing incorporating cognitive functioning psychological measure order determine emotional state decision-making of employee. analysis combined attack detection model provides one quick effective way whether requester trying manipulate an individual into disclosing for which does not authorization.
