Systemic analysis of the expression and prognostic significance of PAKs in breast cancer.

摘要: PAKs (p21-activated kinases) are reported to play crucial roles in a variety of cellular processes and participate the progression human cancers. However, expression prognostic values remain poorly explored breast In our study, we examined mRNA protein levels value. We also analyzed interaction network, genetic alteration, functional enrichment PAKs. The results showed that PAK1, PAK2, PAK4 PAK6 were significantly up-regulated cancer compared with normal tissues, while reverse trend for PAK3 PAK5 was found, furthermore, proteins PAK2 tissues higher than tissues. Survival analysis revealed patients low worse RFS, conversely, elevated predicted RFS. addition, alterations correlated OS. These indicated might be promising potential biomarkers cancer.
