摘要: The present study aimed to conduct the ethylene polymerization using two binary catalytic systems evaluate resulting reactor blend of polyethylene. Subsequently, continued explore effects catalyst monomer molar ratio, reaction temperature, pressure and nanofillers on catalysts activity, mass, thermal behavior, structural morphological properties obtained system containing α-diimine based nickel showed higher melting point (75.6 × 104 g polyethylene/(mol h), 125°C, respectively) extent crystallinity (up 48.5%) in comparison with analogous bearing pyridine-imine catalyst. augmentation nanoparticles increased branching content nickel, while these trends were reverse system, so that branches reduced as nanoparticle concentration was increased. SEM images revealed distinct fibrous phases presence obvious well dispersed prepared nanocomposites. synthesized polyethylene exhibited high stability.
