摘要: Ubiquitin (Ub) has emerged as a potent cellular signal that regulates wide variety of processes in normal well malignant cells. Its potency is based on an elaborate system “writing” and “reading” diverse Ub code substrate proteins. In this chapter we give overview the principles Ub-based signalling explain how efficiency specificity ensured cell. Moreover, discuss capacity further enhanced by crosstalk with other post-translational modifications such phosphorylation acetylation.
