摘要: Currently building structure sector takes lead in energy consumption across the globe and is expected to increase by 2% every year. Consequently, being a major consumer, it's required make effort for conservation as well. However, this has be line with occupant thermal comfort. Recent advancement Internet of Things concepts attempts transform residential areas into an energy-aware environment aimed reduce waste automate home activities. To identify research trends challenges area study adopted Kincham approach performing review analysis. Our reveals despite benefit innovation, only resident two or more unit mostly benefiting from opportunity. Out 94 studies considered 67 are proposed solutions. find trend we classified solution topic domain (architecture, algorithm, platform, framework, model) it shows that moving toward proposing algorithm optimize smart structure. The also performed analytical evaluation on assess their quality attributes our none security solution. Finally, identifies bottleneck development acceptance innovation societies.
