摘要: A system and method for optically detecting samples held in a solution requires the use of holding plate that has as many one-thousand through-hole wells, or more. The is suspended these wells under surface tension between opposed surfaces plate. pneumatic pump then engaged with to establish differential pressure (Dp) upper lower equal approximately 1380 Pa ‘two tenths pound per square inch (0.2 psi)!. result formation convex meniscus on causes light passing into converge concentrate. This concentration light, turn, facilitates optical detection solution.
