Energy performance monitoring of low cost passive solar homes; results and conclusions

摘要: A research program to monitor, evaluate and provide technical economic conclusions of several passive solar homes component energy performance is described. These houses have exhibited extremely low heating requirements approximately twenty three percent the 1979 U.S. building stock. Micro-computer based data acquisition systems (DAS) were utilized gather key temperature, heat transfer electrical data. Out a total 343 on line days, only 12 days not collected.
