摘要: Solution-processed hybrid solar cells, a blend of conjugated polymers and semiconducting nanocrystals, are promising candidate for next-generation energy-conversion devices. The renaissance this field in recent years has yielded much deeper understanding optoelectronic interactions organic–inorganic systems. In article, we review the state-of-the-art progress bulk heterojunction covering new materials design, interfacial interaction, processing control. Furthermore, critical challenges that determine photovoltaic performance prospects future directions discussed.
