摘要: Applicants have used protein design to develop novel functional architectures, termed kinase-inducible domains, whose structures are dependent on phosphorylation by specific kinases or dephosphorylation phosphatases. designed domains based a modular architecture, which allows be responsive any serine-threonine kinases. Kinase-inducible can consist of canonical amino acids, allowing their use as expressible tags kinase activity.
