摘要: Abstract Photooxidation of crystalline botulinum type A toxin in the presence traces methylene blue results a very rapid detoxification toxin. The combining power photochemically produced toxoid with antibody vitro was not reduced as compared to original Only more extensive photooxidation resulted moderate reduction this property. Preliminary tests indicate that protein detoxified by means is antigenic.
