摘要: Left-right patterning and asymmetric morphogenesis arise from a complex set of molecular cellular interactions that are particularly dynamic associated with mechanical forces. How do forces translate into tissular asymmetries? Are these asymmetrical de novo, or they build up pre-existing Advances in developmental genetics, live imaging cell biology have recently shed light on the origins generated at scale their implication is now emerging. Here we ask when how, asymmetries contribute to left-right organ asymmetries.
