摘要: Abstract Lipidomics has emerged as a new field that allows using various approaches to the chemical structures and quantitative composition of more than hundred lipid molecular species constituting cellular lipidome. The increase performance lipidomic analysis resulted in recent developments electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI/MS) rapid scanning tandem spectrometers are capable detecting quantifying lipids at high sensitivity an online high-performance chromatography. In this review, after short description characteristic classes plant kingdom, different ‘lipidomics’ will be addressed, including sample preparation (extractions, storage), MS (ionization sources, shotgun lipidomics by direct infusion tandem-in-space instruments high-resolution systems use separative methods before studies). Common fragmentation modes (MRM, CID HCD) determine families plants also developed. principles analyses briefly described strategies HPLC MS/MS quantify presented.
