摘要: Abstract A series of para-tertiary-butylphenol formaldehyde resins (PTBP-FR) was synthesized by dual catalytic-extraction method. The structure characterized FT-IR, 13C NMR, GPC and DSC. influence formaldehyde/PTBP (F/P) molar ratio, reaction temperature time on the properties PTBP-FR investigated to determine optimal condition, which that F/P were 1.8, 95 °C 2.5 h, respectively. thermal degradation studied TG TG-FT-IR. experiment results show process can be divided into three stages resin decomposes hardly below 200 °C. And displays excellent dissolving capacity in plenty organic solvents, including acetone, toluene, tetrahydrofuran, butyl acetate ethanol, except for n-hexane. In addition, solution stayed homogeneous at room two weeks.
