摘要: Computational models of many aspects the mammalian cardiovascular circulation have been developed. Indeed, along with orthopaedics, this area physiology is one that has attracted much interest from engineers, presumably because equations governing blood flow in vascular system are well understood and can be solved well-established numerical techniques. Unfortunately, there only a few attempts to create comprehensive public domain resource for researchers. In paper we propose roadmap developing an open source model. The model should registered musculo-skeletal system. computational infrastructure provide near real-time computation pressure all parts body. deal beds tissues, links into CellML cell function tissue function. work review literature associated 1D modelling system, discuss encoding standards, software repository. We then describe coordinate systems used define geometry, derive implementation these coupled OpenCMISS. Finally, some preliminary results presented plans outlined next steps development model, graphical user interface accessing
