摘要: Verprolin is an actin-binding protein first identified in budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The verprolin needed for actin polymerisation during polarised growth and endocytosis. In vertebrate cells, three genes encoding orthologues have been identified: WIP, CR16 WIRE/WICH. mammalian verprolins implicated the regulation of dynamics either by binding directly to actin, WASP family proteins or other regulating proteins. This review article will bring up discussion current understanding mechanisms underlying verprolin-dependent mobilisation filament system.
