摘要: Abstract This work evaluates the economics of syngas production processes by reverse water gas shift (rWGS) reaction against dry methane reforming (DMR) and its combination with steam (SMR-DMR). The DMR SMR-DMR show lower total annual costs comparing to rWGS process for H2/CO ratio 1 2, respectively. Breakeven analysis has been performed on price H2, natural gas, CO2 tax rate. At a H2 $1/kg, is comparable when rate are $0.53/m3 (STP) $44/1000 kg, For be as economical process, prices in range $0.35–0.53/m3 rates up $60/1000 kg needed while keeping below $2/kg.
