摘要: The possibility that binuclear dinitrosyl iron complexes with glutathione and cysteine (DNIC-GSН B-DNIC-Cys) have a strong cytotoxic effect on the growth of endometrioid tumours (EMT) in rats surgically induced experimental endometriosis established our previous studies has been supported data. increase DNIC-GSН or B-DNIC-Cys dose from 10 (in studies) to 20 μmol/kg (after i/p administration rats) fully suppressed uterine tissues implanted onto inner surface abdominal wall. At 2 μmol/kg DNIC-GSН, median value EMT volume increased 0 15 mm3, while mean size EMT—from 55 77 mm3 (data measurements rats). After treatment animals B-DNIC N-acetyl-L-cysteine (10 μmol/kg) known for its ability penetrate easily through cell membrane, inhibiting diminished as could be evidenced transformation ~30% implants into large-size EMT. Possible reasons this phenomenon are discussed.
