摘要: The purpose of this study was to clarify the degree influence anesthetic agents commonly used during anesthesia on heart conduction systems geriatric dogs, with or without presence electrocardiographic changes in pre-anesthetic electrocardiogram and also determine possible causes ST-segment T-wave anesthesia, by monitoring ventilation oxygenation. 36 dogs were evaluated. In addition evaluation, included serum levels urea, creatinine, total protein, albumin electrolytes. medication consisted acepromazine (0.05mg kg -1 ) association meperidine (3.0mg IM injection. Anesthesia induced propofol (3.0 5.0mg kg-1) IV injection maintained isoflurane 100% oxygen. During animals monitored continued computerized electrocardiogram. Systemic blood pressure, rate, respiratory end-tidal carbon dioxide, partial pressure dioxide arterial blood, oxygen saturation, saturation hemoglobin closely monitored. maintenance normal sinus rhythm more common (78%). procedure quite related hypoventilation. use did not result arrhythmia, being therefore a good choice for type animal; Electrocardiographic findings Twave evident hypercapnia, disorder that should be promptly corrected assisted controlled prevent complicated arrhythmias.
