摘要: Summary Haematological, biochemical and toxicological investigations of blood urine normally slaughtered pigs exhibiting different frequency (1–2%, 10–20% 50–60%) changes characterized as “enlarged mottled kidneys”; at the slaughtering meat inspection were carried out to elucidate nature nephropathies encountered in Bulgaria. A content ochratoxin A, higher spring than autumn, was found serum samples. The mean contamination levels consumed feeds ranged from 114 ± 36 ppb for 1994 207 65 1993. The renal by impairment proximal tubular function (indicated an increased urinary excretion glucose protein) well decreased specific gravity pH mainly with 50–60% nephropathy. concentration urea, creatininc increased, whereas protein cholesterol enzyme gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase leucine aminopeptidase significantly urine. presence granular casts necrotic cells established sediment.
