摘要: In this study, we evaluated a high surface area fractional precipitation process to achieve the effective purification of paclitaxel, an anticancer agent, from plant cell cultures. Fractional experiments were performed by increasing per working volume (S/V) 0.428/mm using variety ion exchange resins. When cation resin Amberlite IR 120 H was used, highest purity (>85%) and yield (>80%) paclitaxel could be obtained in shortest time (within 6 h). Use resulted production smaller precipitates since it inhibited growth particles. particular particles 2 ∼ 3 times (less than 30 μm radius) those absence resin. Paclitaxel particle size inversely correlated with zeta potential solution after addition
