摘要: Abstract A personal and historical approach is used to frame this review of the development understanding role grain boundaries in high-temperature deformation. Power-law creep, creep ductility, diffusion superplasticity, fatigue are included survey, as a brief discussion models for boundary itself. Some principal features described subgrains, grain-boundary sliding, cavity nucleation growth, various kinds localized migration, “core mantle” concept.
