摘要: Samples of rapeseed oil and inhibited with antioxidants were oxidized in the cell a pressure differential scanning calorimeter (PDSC). The PDSC experiments carried out under 1800 kPa oxygen at temperatures range 131–156° C. used 2-t-butyl-4-methoxyphenol (BHA), 2,6-di-t-butyl-4-methylphenol (BHT) propyl gallate (PG). From resulting exotherms their extrapolated onset peak maximum times determined for assessment oxidative stabilities samples. efficiencies protection from oxidation can be ranked order BHT
