摘要: In this Letter, we experimentally demonstrate a hybrid structure consisting of metal nanoparticles deposited onto subwavelength (SWS), which further increases the absorption thin amorphous silicon (a-Si) and can possibly lead to reduction in minimum required thickness a-Si layer. Experimental results show that backscattering silver (Ag NPs) on top surface be suppressed dramatically (by 85.5%) by Ag NPs SWS. We also prove SWS only lowers reflectivity does not increase rate material. The layer increased depositing SWS, reduces but light-trapping effect within through localized plasmon resonance properties. This decrease reflection cone-shaped SWSs leads extremely high average (86.14%) 400 nm thick
