摘要: Summary A high performance liquid chromatography method was developed to detect enantiomers of cypermethrin in pork muscle. Eight isomers racemic were separated using a normal mobile phase hexane–isopropyl alcohol (99.3–0.7, v/v) on chiral CD-ph column 25 min. The elution order ascertained enantiomer/diastereomer enriched standards. extracts from samples cleaned up by immunoaffinity before detection. recoveries fortified levels 0.1 and 1 mg kg−1 ranged 67.3% 113.5% with relative standard deviation 6.7–16.8%; sufficient effectively measure enantiomer concentrations pig muscle tissue the future.
