摘要: Abstract In this work, a novel pyridylvinyl rhodamine-naphthalimide ratiometric fluorescent probe, RNVP , was synthesized and characterized by 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR HRMS techniques. This probe shows high selectivity sensitivity towards Fe 3+ Hg 2+ . At low concentration of /Hg new emission peak appeared at 581 nm enhanced significantly along with naked-eye sensitive color changes, which spirolactam-ring moiety rhodamine converted to the open-ring form in presence Further addition fluorescence intensity 438 nm rapidly, attributed suppression PET process. The proposed sensing system represented dual-channel segment detection behavior, “turn-On or Off” response very limit 2.72×10 −8  M 9.08×10  M, dissociation constant (Kd) were calculated be 4.95×10 −7 M 3/2 6.68×10 respectively. also quick responded linearly acidic solution monitor pH change range 2.92–4.5, as well excellent reversibility.
