摘要: Background: The restoration of posterior femoral translation has been shown to be an important factor in enhancing knee flexion after total arthroplasty. purpose this study was compare the ranges motion associated with standard and high-flexion stabilized prostheses patients managed simultaneous bilateral arthroplasty. Methods: Fifty (mean age, sixty-eight years) received a fixed-bearing prosthesis one contralateral knee. Two were men, forty-eight women. At mean 2.1 years postoperatively, assessed clinically radiographically use knee-rating systems Knee Society Hospital for Special Surgery. Results: postoperative Surgery score 90 points knees treated 89.4 those prosthesis. time final follow-up, had range 135.8° (range, 105° 150°) 138.6° (p = 0.41). No aseptic loosening, revision, or osteolysis. Conclusions: After minimum duration follow-up two years, we found no significant differences between groups regard clinical radiographic parameters, except condylar offset.
