摘要: Abstract In this research, the graphene with excellent dispersity is prepared successfully by introducing gold nanoparticle to separate individual sheets. Various techniques are adopted characterize and graphene-gold composite materials. This fabricated new material used as support construct a novel tyrosinase based biosensor for detection of bisphenol A (BPA). The electrochemical performances proposed enzyme were investigated differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) method. exhibited performance BPA determination wide linear range (2.5 × 10−3–3.0 μM), highly reproducible response (RSD 2.7%), low interferences long-term stability. And more importantly, calculated limit was 1 nM. Compared other methods, proved be promising reliable tool rapid on-site analysis emergency related pollution affairs.
