摘要: Abstract Pro-inflammatory (IL-8, TNF-α, IL-1β) and immune (IFN-γ, IL-10) cytokines were evaluated in PCV2-vaccinated unvaccinated pigs exposed to natural PCV2 infection retrospectively selected according the time of onset viremia viral burden, presence PMWS clinical signs. In a farrow-to-finish herd with history animals aged older than 15 weeks, at weaning (21 ± 3 days age), vaccinated intramuscularly inoculated one dose Porcilis® PCV vaccine + adjuvant whereas adjuvant alone was administered control animals. Thirty bled 16 weeks age (before occurrence disease) then 19, 20, 22 26 age, categorized as: (a) non-infected non-PMWS-affected (PCV2-vac), (b) spontaneously infected/non-PMWS-affected (Ctrl) (c) infected/PMWS-affected (Ctrl-PMWS+) pigs. A major evidence this study is that PMWS-affected not able mount an efficient innate pro-inflammatory response cope as demonstrated by low levels cytokines, namely IL-8, TNF-α IL-1β, IFN-γ. Conversely, significantly increased gene expression IL-1β detected especially PCV2-vac group early phase infection. Moreover, diseased animals, significant increase IL-10 occurred infection, while, pigs, addition burden its frequency absence disease, showed more stable IFN-γ response.
