摘要: Gold-dispersed BaTiO 3 thin films, which will be used for third-order nonlinear optical devices, were prepared by sol-gel method with spin-coating using HAuCl 4 (DOT) 4H 2 O, Ba(CH COO) and Ti [O(CH ) CH ] as starting materials. The films heat-treated in air at temperatures ranging from 400 degree(s)C to 800 1 h. Thin different volume fractions of fine gold particles successfully prepared. peak position the surface plasmon resonance shifted toward long wavelength heat-treatment temperature fraction increased. matrix was amorphous up degree(s)C, but became crystallized above 500 degree(s)C. coarse between 600 mean particle size 20 nm property these measured degenerate four-wave mixing (DFWM) a frequency-doubled Nd:YAG laser ps pulse duration.
