摘要: Children with cerebral palsy (CP) experience a change in motor function age and development. It is important to consider this expected offering prognosis, or assessing differences after an intervention. The Gross Motor Function Classification System for CP (GMFCS) has been developed these purposes. This study was based on retrospective chart review of 85 children followed from [les ]2 [ges ]12 years age. GMFCS applied clinical notes by two blinded raters four times throughout the study. Interrater reliability high (G=0.93). Test–retest (G=0.79). positive predictive value at 1 2 predict walking 12 0.74. negative 0.90. can validly CP. results are discussed terms their implications practice future research.
