摘要: The region of the glucocorticoid receptor that reacted with a monoclonal antibody (BUGR-1) was identified. In order to identify immunoreactive region, rat liver subjected limited proteolysis; fragments were identified by Western blotting. both undigested Mr approximately 97,000 subunit and 45,000 fragment containing steroid-binding DNA-binding domains. Digestion trypsin also produced two 27,000 31,000 which did not react an 16,000 fragment. This shown bind DNA-cellulose, indicating it contained domain receptor. must have steroid associated undergo activation form.
