摘要: B ronchioloalveolar carcinoma. a well-differentiated primary lung neoplasm arising along the bronchiolar and alveolar walls. is characterized by lepidic growth pattern with preservation of architecture absence an intrinsic bronchial tumor. The radiologic manifestations this disorder are diverse include single multiple pulmonary nodules, lobar consolidation, diffuse air space disease I l-3j. Although various radiographic CT findings can suggest diagnosis, none pathognomonic for disease. We report case mucinous bronchioloalveolar carcinoma high-resolution indistinguishable from typical crazy-paving proteinosis.
