摘要: The main objective of natural resource management is to create social and economic value while maintaining sustainability. In this paper, we introduce an enhanced method for simulating high-dimensional time series apply it Icelandic fishing data. methodology can be used in many contexts, but particularly appropriate the complex interactions involved management. simulations explore sensitivity policies future changes using affinity parameter. Affinity, qualitatively similar correlation, a ordinal measure between –1 +1 that models one's belief how much might behave like, or different from, past. appeal its reliance on data relative independence from assumptions about cod with encouraging results.
