摘要: Liothyronine and levothyroxine were quantitatively determined in samples of commercial thyroid tablets bulk powders. Samples first hydrolyzed using a bacterial protease then analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography. Various hydrolysis conditions investigated. The liothyronine contents powders found to be ˜8–11 μg 25–43 μg, respectively, per 65 mg thyroid. stability the iodothyronines was also
