摘要: A number of regulatory mechanisms are involved in increasing citric acid production under certain conditions. The accumulation takes place the high concentration carbon sources. effect sucrose as a source on and tyrosine phosphorylated proteins during glycolytic conditions was investigated using Aspergillus niger ATCC 11414. When mycelia treated by different concentrations, protein \sim 27 kDa becomes phosphorylated. This phosphorylation response to signal transduction from extracellular milieu. possible role this demonstrated strain A. niger} 11414 cultivation concentrations sucrose.
