摘要: The present study aims to evaluate differences in clinical and laboratory manifestations medication use the different ages of disease onset patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). This cross-sectional consisted 598 SLE (550 female 48 male), who attended Rheumatology Clinic Hospital de Clinicas Porto Alegre between 2003 2015. Demographic, data were collected. classified into three groups according their at diagnosis. Mean age diagnosis was 33.6 ± 14.3 years, median (25th–75th percentile) duration 13 (7–20) years. Among studied, 419 (70%) adult-onset (aSLE), 90 (14.8%) late-onset (lSLE) 89 childhood-onset (cSLE). male ratio higher aSLE (18:1) compared other (p = 0.001). Arthritis predominantly found (78.5%) when lSLE (57.7%) (p < 0.001). Nephritis more common cSLE (60.6%) than (26.6%) Median activity index (SLEDAI) group [2 (0–5)] [0 (0–4)] (p = 0.045). Childhood-onset showed a severe due incidence nephritis needed aggressive treatment immunosuppressive drugs.
