摘要: Exercise is generally thought to have a positive effect on bone; numerous studies indicate that bone mass increased with training. Increasing physical activity levels throughout the life-span has been recommended for preventing development of osteoporosis (1). It become evident, however, too much exercise in combination deficient energy intake may be detrimental some individuals. This owing hormonal changes occur when body attempts conserve or an individual under excess stress.
