摘要: Recent observations in patients with myelopathy associated spinal durai arteriovenous (AV) fistulas, which drain intrathecally into the veins of cord, indicate that venous hypertension can produce myelopathy.1–8 This clinical circumstance proves not only congestion alone myelopathy, but also indicates type syndrome and pathological injury occurs to cord stagnation. It calls for reevaluation as a more common mechanism early reversible other conditions than has been generally recognized.
