Electron-phonon coupling effect on charge transfer in nanostructures

摘要: Two simple quantum electron networks are considered: one has an interference structure, and is a chain. The network coupled at edge site to metal reservoir that works as sink for arriving charges. When the reaches energy or above Fermi level of sink, we assume it will be absorbed. adiabatic phonon coupling lower last (before sink) when enters it. this polarization-corrected than level, absorption into activated sea absorbing rate slowed down.
