摘要: The nonionic detergent Triton X-100, introduced into artificial membranes of various lipid compositions, induced current fluctuations that may correspond to the formation channels across bilayer. Independently used, these vary in amplitude between 1 and 4·10−10, Ω−1, show a strong dependence on applied voltage, are selective for cations sequence Rb+ > K+ Na+ Li+. These results discussed relation chemical structure X-100 molecule.
