Provocation and Mechanism of Angle-Closure Glaucoma After Iridectomy

摘要: • Dark room tests and prone-position in a lighted dark were carried out on 64 eyes 32 normal patients 37 of 30 that had undergone complicated iridectomy. Among the iridectomized eyes, test caused elevation intraocular pressure more than 8 mm Hg only 2.7% 16.2%, respectively. Nearly 60% showed positive results when was performed room. Our findings may provide experimental support for theory direct lens block as an angle-closure mechanism.
